Communicate with clients and teams to understand requirements.
Analyze project requirements based on documentation.
Support the Project Manager in gathering requirements and analyzing project needs.
Assist in UAT, testing, and bug verification with clients.
Coordinate with partners for external system integrations (e.g., Payment gateway, Forex News).
Create and write project/product documentation including Feature Lists, SRS, Architecture Design, Database Design, and Basic Design.
Review Detail Designs and test cases.
Provide answers to Q&A from customers and developers.

Yêu cầu công việc

Graduate from university with a major in IT or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience as a programmer in Web-based Software Solutions.
At least 1 year of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst for Web-based applications.
Proficiency in English.
Strong skills in UML design and database knowledge.
Understanding of software project workflows.
Hard-working, responsible, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, in a team, and under high pressure.
Willingness to work overtime.
