Conduct market research and data analysis to identify monetization opportunities.
Define monetization strategy including targeted segment, selling point, pricing, and packaging.
Propose growth ideas, including new user acquisition and retention, while using statistical data to drive stakeholder buy-in.
Lead communication strategy to build perceived user value, raise awareness, and sharpen activation flows.
Define growth solutions including implementation direction, UX/UI, and layouts with a user-centric mindset.
Compose and review Product Requirement Documents (PRD) of team members.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, design, technical development, and QC to manage project timelines and feature accuracy.
Implement tests and experimentations to validate hypotheses.
Track and analyze monetization performance to optimize decision-making.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Product Growth, User Growth, Monetization, Product Marketing, or relevant roles in the IT industry.
Strong data-sense, critical thinking, and a practical mindset.
Proficiency in user insight, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and growth operations.
Ability to work independently, manage team members, and handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in mockup software such as Figma or Miro for designing UX/UI, layouts, and navigation flows.
Familiarity with well-designed mobile apps, especially messaging applications.
