Function as the property’s strategic financial business leader.
Develop and implement property-wide financial strategies to meet brand expectations and maximize ROI.
Create and execute business plans aligned with property and brand strategy.
Analyze financial data, market trends, and monitor sales against projections.
Manage annual budget plans and identify opportunities to improve profit.
Ensure strong accounting and operational control environments.
Lead and mentor accounting teams by setting clear accountabilities.
Monitor taxes and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory audit processes.
Advise the General Manager and executive committee on financial issues.
Communicate strategic goals and financial concepts to stakeholders and owners.

Yêu cầu công việc

4-year bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related major with 2 years of relevant experience, OR a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related major with no experience.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to hold staff accountable for performance.
Understanding of ownership perspectives and ROI expectations.
