Support the Client Director in account delivery, managing team capabilities to ensure on-time delivery and excellence.
Drive internal and external collaboration with clients and partners.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and local markets across Dentsu to meet client service needs.
Coordinate activities ensuring projects and plans deliver against objectives, on time, and within budget.
Support the Client Manager and wider team with general client liaison and administration.
Connect with Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager levels inside the client organization to support communication and service delivery.
Research new market trends for incorporation into planning.
Monitor sales data to measure plan effectiveness and flag issues.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 5+ years of account servicing experience in advertising, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably from an agency.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong attention to detail with a well-organized and structured work approach.
Highly dedicated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Adaptable and able to handle multiple projects under pressure.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communications, business, or a related field.
Leadership and team management experience.
