Identify and onboard new Sellers to drive sales and meet individual and team targets.
Identify, qualify, and manage a pipeline of prospective Sellers.
Engage with prospective Sellers to understand their needs, gauge fit with Amazon Services, and cultivate interest.
Assist Sellers during the onboarding process and manage timelines to ensure on-time launch.
Utilize Salesforce CRM to track account information and respond to business forecasts.
Develop a deep understanding of Selling on Amazon products to drive feature adoption.
Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within prospective accounts.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create compelling solutions.

Yêu cầu công việc

BA/BS degree.
3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or sourcing, preferably in eCommerce, B2B, online services, retail, or supply chain.
Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative approach.
Strong commitment to goals and result-oriented mindset.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and fluency in Vietnamese.

Experience working with Small/Medium Businesses or large national brands.
Acquainted with online business, global eCommerce, marketplace experience, and product sourcing.
Proficiency in analytical, marketing, productivity, and online collaboration tools.
Chinese language speaking ability is a plus.
