Take full ownership of the store's commercial success, meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
Analyze data to drive improvements in store sales, productivity, and profitability.
Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service and consistent manager presence.
Manage store staff scheduling, training on product knowledge, and ensure all team members adhere to HR policies.
Maintain brand standards regarding visual merchandising, in-store communication, and product availability.
Ensure efficient store operations including cash register transactions, loss prevention, and inventory delivery processing.
Build a high-performance culture through clear expectations, feedback, and active performance management.
Collaborate with the District Manager for talent development and best practice sharing.
