Translate Chain strategy into annual integrated customer plans and 90-day actionable outcomes.
Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes with priority chain partners to ensure clear milestones and investment logic.
Manage sell-in and sell-out performance, including monitoring inventory, trade programs, and product availability.
Develop chain-specific launch readiness plans and coordinate with Supply Chain and Product Teams.
Co-create capability-building programs for pharmacy staff and lead digital/physical patient engagement activations.
Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including Buyers, Marketing, and Category Managers.
Provide coaching and direction to the Chain Activation Executive to ensure execution excellence.
Maintain dashboards and conduct data analysis to identify trends and optimize activation playbooks.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare commercial roles, strategic customer management, or retail activation.
Strong understanding of pharmacy chain operations, JBP, trade programs, and retail execution.
Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
High integrity and commitment to compliance, pharmacovigilance, and data privacy.
