Take ownership of the operational delivery state from kickoff to release, ensuring clear ownership and visibility into progress.
Monitor cross-functional dependencies, blockers, and potential risks, surfacing them early to prevent launch delays.
Act as the central point of coordination between Product, Engineering, Data, and Solutions teams.
Coordinate handover and launch readiness between internal departments.
Ensure execution remains aligned with product intent, identifying gaps or inconsistencies before they become testing issues.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including tickets, timelines, status updates, and key decisions.
Drive delivery and accountability without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy by participating in standups and key working sessions.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
At least 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, delivery, product operations, or a similar role.
Proven ability to manage technical initiatives in a startup or B2B SaaS environment.
Strong technical foundation with the ability to read code and understand data pipelines.
Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity and strong first-principles problem-solving skills.
Excellent cross-functional communication and high ownership mindset.
Must be able to maintain daily working-hour overlap with the Asia-based Tech Team.
