Lead manufacturing execution excellence and manage operational performance regarding delivery, quality, cost, and transformation.
Manage lab operations, equipment maintenance, and field service/depot repair processes.
Ensure EMS Partner sites maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS).
Drive operational excellence metrics such as ACT Yield and on-time delivery.
Resolve factory-related quality issues and manage failure analysis processes.
Drive cycle time reduction, test optimizations, and quality improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Operations, Supplier Management, Planning, and Fulfillment.
Drive qualification of SMT lines for next-gen PCBA technologies, BGA, edge bonding, large press fit connectors, and process characterizations.
Develop team leadership, capabilities, and employee engagement.
Focus on Supply Chain innovation through process, tool, and test reengineering.
Act as the escalation point for critical issues, providing risk assessments and ETA metrics to senior leadership.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Electronics Technical Operations including Failure Analysis, Test Development Engineering, or Manufacturing Process.
5+ years of personnel management experience in a leadership role within Supply Chain and Team Development.
Strong knowledge of Failure Analysis, Functional Test, PCBA SMT operations, and factory management.
Experience with complex electro-mechanical systems, bench testing, fault isolation equipment, and debugging methodologies.
Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI), RMA tracking, and supply chain alignment.
Extensive Project Management knowledge with strong influence and trust-building abilities.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
Must be on-site every day.
