Support the implementation of ZD/EID outbreak preparedness and response activities with a focus on risk communication and community engagement (RCCE).
Facilitate the rollout and oversight of RCCE and response activities through coordination with government counterparts and partners.
Implement RCCE and response activities at Points of Entry, including surveillance coordination.
Monitor daily progress, track work plan milestones, and report to the technical advisor.
Assist in work plan development, technical input, and budget preparation.
Ensure all technical products, strategies, and SOPs comply with donor requirements and national guidelines.
Prepare technical reports, briefs, presentations, and training materials.
Analyze implementation data to identify gaps and lessons learned.
Coordinate with project teams and partners to promote collaboration.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in public health, epidemiology, preventive medicine, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in public health outbreak preparedness and response, RCCE, or community engagement within Global Health Security or infectious disease programs.
Working knowledge of ZD/EID outbreak preparedness and response.
Strong written and oral communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to travel as necessary.
Commitment to safeguarding and sign the code of conduct.
Ability to undergo background screening including reference, criminal record, and terrorism finance checks.

Experience working with international NGOs, the Government of Vietnam (GNV), and donor agencies.
Experience in community and media engagement to improve health outcomes.
