Lead engineering and manufacturing activities to launch next-generation display technologies.
Serve as a focal point in process and quality improvement of new display panels from engineering build to product ramp.
Drive overall quality system development and quality control tool development.
Review product/process design and specification documentation to ensure alignment with process capability and yield targets.
Present reports on yield performance and specification convergence; drive failure analysis and corrective actions.
Review supplier quality control flows, incoming components, and outgoing product quality plans.
Work with suppliers to map process development, secure resources, and commit to program schedules.
Assess supplier production readiness and identify potential risks to mitigate issues.
Monitor supplier process performance and yield loss to prevent quality issues.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's or higher degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Material, or relevant fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in display manufacturing or other display industrial fields, including display component and downstream FATP.
Proven ability to drive vendors in quality improvement.
Capability to plan DOEs, execute failure analysis, and define yield/quality improvement paths.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Technical knowledge in display technologies, such as LCD, Touch Sensor, and OLED.
In-depth engineering background and consistent track record in operations and manufacturing.
Experience in high-volume manufacturing, either as a customer or manufacturer.
Ability to travel (up to 25%).
