Translate and maintain Production Academy training documents and SOPs into Vietnamese within the internal system.
Develop and update training materials, SOPs, and visual aids for new machinery and processes.
Collaborate with SHE, HR, and Production stakeholders to ensure training program alignment, safety compliance, and operational effectiveness.
Manage end-to-end production academy programs, including onboarding JOP, pre/post-tests, and satisfaction evaluations.
Maintain and analyze the skills matrix, craftspeople certification database, and monthly training dashboards.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and deliver technical training to team members when necessary.
Drive continuous improvement projects for training systems, databases, and materials.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s or college degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience as a master trainer or technical learning supervisor in the manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience in technical training, facilitation, and skill matrix management.
Solid understanding of learning and development methodologies, process control, quality standards, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) systems.
Systematic problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, and Power BI.
Good command of written and spoken English.
