Lead and execute internal communications strategies in Vietnam to drive employee engagement and organizational alignment.
Oversee the creation and distribution of content across multiple channels such as Engage, newsletters, and emails.
Communicate key organizational changes and initiatives to maintain employee motivation.
Collaborate with the Communications Manager in Thailand and Global Crisis Response team to execute crisis communication plans.
Act as a point of contact for gathering and verifying information during crises and draft internal communications.
Co-develop and execute employer branding strategies to position Pandora Crafting & Supply as an employer of choice.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Global Corporate Branding teams to align messaging with recruitment strategies.
Oversee the creative direction of corporate branding initiatives and maintain brand integrity.
Ensure compliance with Pandora’s Brand Visual Identity (BVI) guidelines across all communication materials.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in employer/corporate branding, communications, or marketing, ideally in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
Proven track record in developing and executing employer branding strategies.
Demonstrated experience in content creation, storytelling, and multi-channel communication.
Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and brand compliance.
