Trách nhiệm chính

Build, lead, and develop the Solution Architecture team, including task allocation, performance evaluation, and mentoring.
Strengthen team capabilities in architecture design, emerging technologies, and governance practices.
Design, maintain, and improve the Enterprise Architecture Framework.
Develop a 3–5 year technology roadmap aligned with business strategy.
Govern core system architectures such as Core Banking, Loan Origination/Management, Card Management, and Payment Platforms.
Establish architecture standards, design principles, and review mechanisms.
Lead solution architecture design for key initiatives, promoting Cloud/Hybrid, Microservices, Containerization, API Gateway, and ESB.
Design data architecture aligned with enterprise data strategy.
Evaluate and select technologies and vendors.
Ensure designs comply with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and State Bank of Vietnam regulations.
Collaborate with IT Security and Risk teams to manage architectural risks, technical debt, and vulnerabilities.
Provide architectural guidance and review critical decisions across project lifecycles.
Collaborate with PMO, Business Units, and vendors for project alignment.
Provide updates to the Head of IT Architecture and advise on technology trends and investment priorities.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or related fields.
Minimum 7 years of experience in banking, consumer finance, fintech, or financial institutions.
Hands-on experience implementing or integrating critical systems like Core Banking, Loan Origination, Card Management, and Payment Platforms.
Solid knowledge of Cloud (AWS, Azure, Hybrid), Microservices, API Management, Containerization/Kubernetes, DevOps, CI/CD, Data Architecture, and Security Architecture.
Proven team leadership and capability development experience.
Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Vietnamese and English.
