Software Engineer - Full Stack (Nexacro & Java)

Develop dynamic frontend applications using the Nexacro Platform.
Implement asynchronous transaction calls, dataset handling, and complex form/grid management.
Architect and maintain backend services using Java Spring Boot.
Design RESTful APIs, manage database integrations, and support microservices architectures.
Drive the technical migration of legacy Java JSP-based systems to the Nexacro ecosystem.
Ensure real-time, flawless data synchronization between sources and UI components using WinForm-style two-way data binding.
Manage session-based authentication protocols, including SessionID lifecycle and cross-request propagation.
Configure and deploy applications across web servers such as Tomcat, JBoss, or WebLogic.
Work within CI/CD pipelines using Git and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on professional experience in fullstack, frontend, or backend development.
Minimum 1+ year of direct, practical experience with the Nexacro Platform.
Solid command of JavaScript (ES5/ES6+), including closures, callbacks, and event-driven programming.
Strong analytical problem-solving and clear communication skills.

Familiarity with enterprise Insurance workflows, such as claims processing, underwriting, and policy management.
