Lead all on-site activities for small to mid-size sites or sub-projects to ensure project execution quality, cost-effectiveness, schedule adherence, and safety.
Manage daily site operations and customer requirements while monitoring KPIs such as equipment performance, downtime, and yield.
Allocate and control manpower, assign tasks, and provide timely updates on customer escalations.
Lead OSS/Engineers in equipment troubleshooting and problem-solving, and assess team capability to drive training and improvements.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.
Establish clear ownership and escalation processes within the team.

Yêu cầu công việc

5+ years of experience in equipment engineering, manufacturing, or technical service.
2+ years of experience in team management.
Strong skills in equipment troubleshooting, problem-solving, manpower coordination, leadership, and customer communication.
Fluency in Chinese is required; English is a strong advantage.
Ability to travel and work overtime.
Must be a team player, active learner, integrity-driven, and able to work under pressure.
