Support implementation of zoonotic disease and emerging infectious disease (ZD/EID) outbreak preparedness and response activities.
Ensure technical quality of public health messaging, risk communication, and community engagement in line with organizational standards.
Contribute to work planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting under the guidance of the technical advisor.
Facilitate rollout and oversight of RCCE and response activities through coordination with government counterparts and partners.
Implement RCCE and response activities at Points of Entry, coordinating with surveillance and response actors.
Monitor progress of activities, maintain records of milestones and deliverables, and prepare technical inputs for workplans and budgets.
Ensure technical products and strategies comply with donor requirements, national guidelines, and SOPs.
Draft technical reports, briefs, presentations, and training materials.
Analyze implementation data to identify gaps and lessons learned.
Coordinate across project teams and units to promote collaboration and information sharing.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in public health, epidemiology, preventive medicine, or equivalent.
Minimum of five years of relevant experience in Global Health Security or infectious disease programs.
Working knowledge of ZD/EID outbreak preparedness and response, including RCCE approaches and Points of Entry coordination.
Experience working with international NGOs, the Government of Vietnam, donor agencies, and community/media engagement.
Strong organizational, analytical, and technical writing skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and follow technical direction.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in written and oral communication in both Vietnamese and English.
Ability to travel as necessary.
