Manage day-to-day supply chain and site operations within Vietnam, ensuring reliable product availability and efficient distribution.
Oversee end-to-end operational execution, including inventory control, warehousing, and purchasing coordination.
Lead and develop local teams across warehouse, logistics, planning, Quality, SHE, and Regulatory Affairs departments.
Direct capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning and execution for site infrastructure and equipment upgrades.
Maintain site operational excellence in production, blending, bulk handling, and facility maintenance.
Ensure strict adherence to Quality Assurance processes, including lab testing, deviation investigations, and audits.
Manage regulatory affairs, including product registrations, licensing, and compliance with local chemical and safety regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 10-15 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams.
Strong operational mindset with demonstrated problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

Proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP experience being a strong advantage.
Previous experience in chemical distribution, industrial logistics, or highly regulated environments.
