Develop and execute internal communication campaigns aligned with company objectives.
Create engaging content across internal channels like email newsletters, Viva Engage, town halls, and leadership communications.
Support crisis management and business continuity with consistent messaging.
Measure program effectiveness through engagement metrics and employee feedback.
Design and manage employee engagement activities, events, and CSR initiatives.
Partner with HR on employee listening programs and surveys.
Collaborate on employer branding strategies, including content creation and digital channel management.
Support Talent Acquisition with recruitment marketing and external employer branding events.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and stakeholders to manage projects, budgets, and reporting.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Human Resources, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employer branding, or HR communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Strong content development and storytelling capabilities.
Experience with digital content, employee platforms, and end-to-end event planning.
Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and communication tools.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

Basic design and content creation skills using tools like Canva or video editing software.
Bilingual Master of Ceremonies (MC) capability.
