Implement shift-left testing with a priority on automation for early and frequent testing.
Code automated tests for build and regression phases and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline.
Create test plans, execute test cases, and prepare test summary reports.
Review solution documentation and assist in analyzing and resolving technical issues.
Define user story acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality standards.
Foster a quality-first mindset within the team and provide training to developers on testing skills.

Yêu cầu công việc

Typically 5+ years of experience in a software testing role.
At least 2 years of automation experience in Web, Mobile, and API testing.
Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, including test levels, static tests, and dynamic testing.
Proficiency in testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium Webdriver (Java), Cypress (Javascript/Typescript), and Mobile Automation frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to coach developers on testability.
Prior experience in the Banking/finance industry.
Familiarity with Java, Javascript/Typescript, QTest, JIRA, Confluence, Postman, PACT, SoapUI, REST Assured, TestNG, and Selenium.
