Implement shift-left testing with a focus on automation for early and frequent testing.
Code automated tests for build and regression phases and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
Create test plans, execute test cases, and prepare test summary reports.
Review solution documentation and assist in issue analysis, testing, and resolution.
Support the definition of user story acceptance criteria to ensure high quality.
Foster a quality-first mindset and train developers to improve their testing skills.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a software testing role.
At least 2 years of automation experience in Web or Mobile and API testing.
Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, including test levels, static tests, and dynamic testing.
Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Selenium Webdriver (Java), Cypress (Javascript/Typescript), and Mobile Automation frameworks.
Ability to conduct testing independently in an Agile cross-functional team.
Strong English communication skills for a global environment.
Adaptability to work in a dynamic and continuously changing environment.

Working experience in the Banking/finance industry.
Familiarity with tools like QTest, JIRA, Confluence, Postman, PACT, SoapUI, and REST Assured.
