Own the platform roadmap by prioritizing conflicting tasks from various teams into shared capabilities.
Frame problems by analyzing original requests, reproducing pain points, and defining clear problem statements for engineering.
Design parameterization models and platforms, including signals, weights, rules, and ranking strategies.
Partner with engineering on technical foundations, including API contracts, latency, throughput, and feature pipelines.
Develop self-serve experimentation layers for A/B testing, holdouts, and guardrail metrics.
Define platform-level success metrics such as adoption rates, incremental lift, and SLAs.
Drive platform adoption by onboarding teams and scoping their personalization needs.
Anticipate and mitigate failure modes such as configuration drift, cross-team factor interaction, and cold starts.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of product management experience, including 2 years as a technical or platform PM.
Hands-on experience working with ML or data engineering teams.
Proven track record of owning a platform, shared service, or internal API adopted by multiple teams.
Working knowledge of recommendation, ranking, or personalization infrastructure.
Experience running A/B design and experimentation frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to resolve competing goals.
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to write clear PRDs and design documentation.
Proficiency in using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for workflow, research, and documentation.
