Trách nhiệm chính
- Coordinate IT division activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Support monitor and report of action plan or tasks at division level as assigned.
- Organize and carry out the division administrative tasks.
- Support the process of developing and implementing IT governance and operation capabilities, including financial management, vendor management, performance measurement, change management, and IT internal audit.
- Work with other IT units to establish IT metrics and KPI, track and provide periodic reports and recommendations.
- Implement IT change control process including planning, impact analysis, approval, implementation, communication, and post‑change review and reporting.
- Implement audit jobs to ensure IT activities are executed in compliance with internal and external technology policies, processes and standards, and provide recommendations for common and high business impact issues.
Yêu cầu
- University degree or higher, majoring in finance, economics, banking, business administration, or technology.
- English language proficiency at intermediate level (can communicate and learn).
- 5+ years of experience in resource, finance, vendor or audit management.
- 3+ years of experience in continuous improvement.
