Drive the development and execution of performance marketing strategies to support regional business growth.
Collaborate with sales teams and business units to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets.
Optimize and leverage marketing automation tools to enhance lead generation and conversion.
Plan, execute, and analyze paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, and ecommerce platforms.
Develop and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies including lead nurturing and segmentation.
Implement demand generation and lead conversion tactics to improve marketing ROI and sales pipeline efficiency.
Design and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns and customer journey workflows.
Use A/B and multivariate testing to drive continuous performance improvement.
Pitch performance marketing services to new clients to secure new business.
Manage a team, including remote headcount.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's, Master’s Degree, or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or Strategic Management.
10 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
5 years of team management experience.
Experience in a performance marketing agency, Media/CRM platform, or Ecommerce platform.
Proficiency in performance marketing channels including marketing automation (Pardot, Marketo), email, content, lead generation, and SEM.
Proven track record in media planning, buying, and campaign optimization for lead/conversion.
Familiarity with CRM and user flow automation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent writing and verbal communication in both Thai and English.
