Lead assigned innovation-development workstreams, translating athlete needs and product intent into technical requirements, experiment plans, and milestones.
Lead hypothesis-driven prototypes, trials, and test-and-learn cycles covering materials, construction, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
Resolve technical risks across performance, fit, quality, durability, and manufacturability using structured root-cause analysis.
Develop comprehensive technology transfer packages, including specifications, CAD, BOM, SOPs, and test evidence for inline teams and manufacturing partners.
Work directly with Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners to assess technical capability and co-develop solutions.
Influence and coach project teams across regions and cultures without formal people-management responsibility.

Yêu cầu công việc

10+ years of experience in sports footwear, innovation development, R&D, engineering, or a related field.
Deep expertise in at least one footwear technical discipline, with strong working fluency across product development, materials, or engineering.
Proven record of moving technologies from prototypes through validation and repeatable production.
Strong experience working directly with Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners in the Asian footwear manufacturing ecosystem.
Proficiency in experimental design, root-cause analysis, risk management, and data interpretation.
Degree in engineering, materials science, product development, or equivalent industry experience.
