Provide services across multiple vendors and vertical technologies, to deliver excellence in Windows and/or Apple focused technology services.
Provide general application support, basic troubleshooting of network connectivity issues, user account management, and file sharing connections.
Manage end point software installation, licensing, and end-user device setup and transfer.
Assist with incident investigation processes.
Travel onsite to customer sites if required.
Perform additional duties as the business needs evolve.

Previous experience as an IT Systems Engineer Level 3, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar position.
Proficiency across vertical technologies including Windows, MacOS, Office 365, Intune, and Jamf.
Strong networking background supporting switches, Wi-Fi access points, and firewalls at a level 3.
Good English communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Infrastructure knowledge in Windows Servers, VMWare, HyperV, and backup systems.
Proficiency with cloud technologies like Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python for task automation and system management.
Expertise in Autopilot, Intune, SCCM, and imaging tools for fleet deployment and lifecycle management.
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
Relevant industry certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, CISCO, etc).
