Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to extract, evaluate, and document business needs into use cases and user stories.
Convert high-level business goals into technical/functional specifications and design documents.
Lead feasibility studies, gap analyses, and technical impact assessments for new features or integrations.
Partner with engineering and architecture teams to ensure deliverables align with business targets.
Oversee the quality assurance lifecycle, including test planning, UAT facilitation, and defect resolution.
Optimize business analysis methodologies and monitor industry trends.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Exceptional English fluency with the ability to lead technical discussions with international stakeholders.
Strong expertise in functional analysis and documentation (SRS, process workflows, use cases).
Solid conceptual grasp of system integrations and interface architecture, with the ability to analyze cross-system impacts.
