Execute service work of medium to high complexity following ABB guidelines.
Identify technical problems and perform analysis via remote or on-site activities.
Plan and prepare site work for project teams and manage site subcontractors.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering service according to expectations and maintaining effective communication.
Identify new service business opportunities in cooperation with customers and internal teams.
Coach technicians and engineers and supervise complex site activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

Graduate Engineer in instrumentation, Electrical, or an equivalent engineering degree.
Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years specifically in System 800xA based safety systems.
Hands-on experience in System 800xA integrated control and safety systems (hardware and software) with AC800MHI library application development.
Knowledge of Functional Safety Management Systems (FSMS).
Knowledge of technical standards IEC61511 and IEC61508.
Hands-on experience in industrial networking, network switch configuration, and cyber security for 800xA systems.
Proficiency in industrial communication protocols such as Modbus-RTU, TCP, and OPC.
Analytical, self-starter, resilient, and highly adaptable personality.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

Experience in the Oil & Gas or Power & Water industries.
Valid Functional Safety certifications such as TUV FS Engineer or ABB certifications.
