Define and own the test strategy, test plan, and test estimation for automotive/ECU projects.
Analyze requirements, clarify gaps with customers, and maintain bi-directional traceability.
Design, review, and execute test cases across unit, integration, system, and vehicle-level testing.
Set up and maintain HIL/SIL/bench test environments, including simulation and measurement tools.
Develop test automation frameworks and scripts using Python, CAPL, and vTESTstudio.
Manage the defect lifecycle and provide root-cause analysis.
Prepare test reports and present quality metrics to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and Automotive SPICE standards.
Apply AI/GenAI tools to accelerate test development.
Coach and mentor junior engineers and support technical proposals.

Yêu cầu công việc

Strong experience in test strategy and planning for automotive embedded/ECU projects.
Hands-on experience in ECU testing across all levels (MIL/SIL/HIL/bench/in-vehicle).
Solid knowledge of communication protocols: CAN, CAN FD, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet, and UDS (ISO 14229).
Proficiency in automotive test tools such as Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, CAPL, vTESTstudio, dSPACE, or ETAS INCA.
Mandatory proficiency in Python scripting.
Good English verbal communication skills.
