Senior AI Engineer

Trách nhiệm chính

• Design and develop production-grade LLM-powered applications and AI services.
• Build and optimize RAG and data-grounding solutions including vector search, hybrid retrieval, reranking, knowledge graphs, and structured data retrieval.
• Design and implement agentic systems and workflows, including tool calling, multi-step reasoning, memory, context management, and agent orchestration.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and regression testing for AI systems using deterministic evaluations, LLM-as-a-judge, and human-in-the-loop approaches.
• Analyze model outputs, traces, and failure cases to drive continuous improvement.
• Design AI systems for production reliability, scalability, security, observability, cost, and latency.
• Implement monitoring and observability for AI applications, covering performance, failures, and security risks.
• Select and evaluate appropriate LLM/model architectures based on business and technical requirements.
• Apply machine learning and deep learning fundamentals during development.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Software Engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers and contribute to engineering standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional software/AI engineering experience with significant hands-on AI application development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and solid software engineering fundamentals (system design, API development, testing, debugging, design patterns).
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and information retrieval.
• Experience designing and implementing agentic workflows or AI agents.
• Experience with at least one major AI/LLM framework (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of LLM fundamentals (context windows, tokenization, sampling parameters, model selection, tool calling, limitations).
• Experience building AI evaluation/testing processes and operating in production environments.
• Understanding of cloud, containers, CI/CD, monitoring, observability, SQL/NoSQL databases, and machine learning fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving, technical communication skills, and ability to produce clear documentation in English.

• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.
