Senior AI Engineer

Trách nhiệm chính

• Design and develop AI-powered features using modern LLM technologies.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI assistants.
• Integrate AI capabilities into backend systems and internal tools.
• Implement prompt engineering and context management strategies.
• Work with structured and unstructured data from internal systems.
• Build embedding pipelines and vector search solutions.
• Integrate AI with databases, APIs, and data warehouse systems.
• Design semantic search and knowledge retrieval mechanisms.
• Deploy AI services into production environments.
• Optimize performance, latency, cost, and reliability.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and basic observability.
• Collaborate with backend and data engineering teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent practical experience is acceptable).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience building AI or LLM-based applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience building backend services, APIs, or distributed systems.
• Familiarity with SQL and working with databases.
• Experience using LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar).
• Practical experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering, and context design.

• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph.
• Experience with vector databases like Qdrant, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
• Familiarity with search engines (OpenSearch or Elasticsearch).
• Experience deploying applications using Docker or cloud platforms.
• Experience working with analytics or data warehouse systems.
