Design, build, and enhance RAG pipelines and agentic / multi-agent AI systems.
Develop and maintain production-grade services using TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, Python, and SQL/PostgreSQL.
Integrate AI solutions with internal APIs, Azure, and Databricks.
Implement LLM evaluation, tracing, observability, quality monitoring, and LLM-as-a-Judge.
Optimize retrieval quality, prompt strategies, model performance, latency, and reliability.
Take ownership of features end-to-end: design → build → test → deploy → monitor.
Work closely with the DS/AI Manager on technical decisions, architecture, and roadmap delivery.
Troubleshoot and continuously improve AI/backend systems in production.

Yêu cầu công việc

4+ years of professional software engineering experience
Hands‑on experience building and deploying RAG pipelines, including embeddings, vector search, retrieval strategies, retrieval tuning/optimization
Strong SQL and relational database skills, particularly PostgreSQL or equivalent
Proven experience shipping and maintaining production AI/backend systems
Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience working with production codebases
Ability to work independently from written technical specifications and take ownership of deliverables
Good English communication skills
Portfolio, GitHub, or live demo demonstrating relevant AI/engineering work is required
