Drive the entire lifecycle of security services and lead the Security Service Group.
Conduct security assessments, gap analyses, and design tailored cybersecurity solutions.
Lead the design and implementation of Security Operations Centers (SOC) using SIEM/SOAR platforms.
Manage configuration and implementation of Network, Endpoint, and Cloud security solutions.
Oversee project delivery, timelines, and quality for security initiatives.
Define and optimize the company's cybersecurity product and service catalog based on market trends.
Develop strategies for secure Generative AI service adoption (PaaS/SaaS).
Identify and maintain strategic alliances with global cybersecurity vendors.
Provide technical leadership for bidding, tendering, and proposal processes.
Manage, mentor, and coordinate human resources for team professional growth and project performance.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
More than 5 years of experience in Information Security.
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or similar role (e.g., Security Delivery Manager, Team Lead, Presales Lead, or Senior Consultant).
In-depth knowledge of Vietnam Cybersecurity Law (No. 24/2018/QH14) and Personal Data Protection Decree (No. 13/2023/ND-CP).
Systemic security mindset with knowledge of Zero-Trust architecture, Defense-in-Depth, and Threat Modeling.
Hands-on proficiency in Network, Endpoint, and Cloud security management.
Understanding of SOC architectures, SIEM/SOAR platforms, incident response, and security standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
Good English communication skills.
Exceptional presentation, problem-solving, leadership, and conflict resolution capabilities.
Track record of managing security vendor partnerships and service packaging.

Advanced technical or management certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH Master, PMP, ITIL, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are highly advantageous.
