Build and maintain relationships with the Taiwanese community and Taiwanese/Chinese businesses in Binh Duong.
Identify prospective customers, understand their needs and introduce suitable products and services.
Develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial and serviced apartment segments.
Execute sales and business development plans to achieve departmental KPIs.
Coordinate with internal teams to support customer enquiries, business discussions and follow-up activities.
Gather market insights and customer feedback to support business planning.
Undertake other tasks and projects assigned by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, sales & marketing or marketing strategy.
Experience may come from real estate or other non-IT/non-technology sectors, such as hospitality, consumer goods, retail, trading or business services.
Strong understanding of the Taiwanese market, business culture and customer expectations.
Native-level Mandarin proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with Taiwanese customers.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to work towards business targets.
Willingness to work in Binh Duong New City.
