Lead and drive business in Vietnam by working with channel partners to advance the adoption of AtriCure solutions.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual Distributor Order Targets through strategic planning, execution, and regular reviews.
Identify and prioritize target hospitals, physicians, and accounts based on clinical and market potential.
Manage distributor performance including forecasting, pipeline management, inventory planning, and coaching.
Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to promote therapy adoption.
Collaborate with internal teams and distributors on local market access, reimbursement, and regulatory support.
Provide clinical and procedural support to surgeons and hospital teams in compliance with company policies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive new business opportunities.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as medical device, life science, biomedical engineering, or business.
Minimum 5 years of medical device or healthcare sales experience in Vietnam.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new therapies or markets.
Strong clinical and technical aptitude.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word).
Ability to travel 30-50% within the assigned market.
Fluent in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
Must be eligible to work in Vietnam without employer sponsorship.

Experience in cardiac surgery, electrophysiology, structural heart, or cardiovascular medical devices.
Currently living in Ho Chi Minh or Hanoi, Vietnam.
