Trách nhiệm chính

Lead portfolio management by providing support in planning and coordination of financial objectives and deliverables.
Manage both traditional Waterfall projects and Agile customer journey digitization initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational consistency in progress tracking, resource management, and stakeholder communication.
Design, maintain, and update operational processes across the initiative lifecycle.
Develop and maintain monitoring tools/templates to track and report on transformation initiatives.
Provide logistics support for division heads, CEO workshops, and governance meetings.
Consolidate and prepare progress reports for BOM, BOD, and committees.
Collaborate with Business Units to identify resource requirements and track resource usage efficiency.
Work with initiative leads to manage status, solve problems, and ensure quality and compliance.
Escalate risks and issues to Sponsors and committees to facilitate decision-making.
Support the development of an Early Warning System (EWS).

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 08 years of project or program management experience using Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
Experience in financial services or technology organizations, specifically in product development, performance management, or IT project implementation.
Demonstrated experience working in a transformation office for large organization-wide transformation programs.
Strong experience in performance tracking and management.
Deep knowledge of blending traditional project management with Agile development for complex, enterprise-level projects.
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Technology, Business, Banking, Finance, or a relevant discipline.
