Project Management (Junior)

The PM will work on the investor/developer side, overseeing the construction company and the project in terms of quality, safety, and schedule. This is not a position that directly manages construction work on-site, although the role will still require business trips and travel depending on the project.

<Basic>

• Management of overall construction project schedule, quality, design, construction, etc.
• Attendance of on-site work for rooftop solar projects.
• Day-to-day communication, training, management, and coordination with the EPC contractors
• Interaction and coordination with technical staff of customers and stakeholders
• Primary response to on-site failures (in case of emergency)
• On-site response to quality issues, report writing and checking.

<Development> – Support for technical review of new services and bisiness. – Deputy Manager role for the engineering division

Skill:

＜Must＞

• Native Vietnamese speaker
• English business level or above (English skills matter less than hands-on electrical expertise and experience. *But the max salary of 35 mil VND is based on the assumption that you meet the English level requirement.)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering
• Basic IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, other basic tools, etc.)
• Basic business skills
• Ability to interact smoothly with clients, contractors, and other related parties
• Experience working in/with Japanese or foreign-affiliated companies
• Expert knowledge of electricity/electrical equipment
• Knowledge of design and construction, including mechanical, civil, architectural, etc.
• Experience working in solar power generation projects
• At least 5 years of work experience
• At least 3 year of experience in project management

＜Priority＞

• Japanese business level or above, N2 or above
• Experience in the energy industry (especially electric power and renewable energy)
