Trách nhiệm chính
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of data reporting within the business intelligence system.
- Validate data from source systems through the BI layer to final reports/dashboards using SQL queries or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases for validation.
- Conduct thorough testing of BI reports and dashboards to ensure data consistency and correctness.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying reporting issues and contributing to resolution strategies.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 2 years of experience in validating data across multiple layers of BI architecture.
- Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in data validation and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts across ANZ, ASIA, NA, and EMEA time zones.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Possession of ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation or Advanced) certification.
- Certification in SQL data analytics platforms or Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
