Lead end-to-end supply chain operations in Vietnam including order management, shipment planning, inventory monitoring, and delivery execution.
Manage distributor operations to ensure compliance with supply chain, storage, and quality standards.
Oversee market quality monitoring, inspections, and resolve quality issues with global stakeholders.
Coordinate demand planning, order management, and supply allocation with Sales, IBP, and NZ Supply teams.
Oversee claims administration, monitor quality performance trends, and ensure accurate reporting.
Drive supply chain improvement initiatives regarding claims governance, inventory visibility, and digitalization.

Yêu cầu công việc

6-10 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or quality management.
Professional proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
Experience in distributor-led or customer-facing supply chain environments.
Strong background in demand planning, inventory management, and operational execution.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Effective stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Food Science, or a related field.
Experience working across cross-functional and regional teams.
