Presale Lead

Trách nhiệm chính

• Lead end-to-end presales for enterprise and government-linked deals: requirements gathering, solution scoping, effort/cost estimation, and proposal development.
• Draft and structure RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, technical proposals, and partnership decks for large-scale engagements (cloud migration, data platforms, AI/agent systems, custom development).
• Partner with legal, delivery, and finance teams to review contract terms - SLAs, pricing structures, penalty/termination clauses, IP ownership - and flag commercial risk before signature.
• Act as the primary technical-commercial liaison in client negotiations, including with international partners and multi-party consortiums/joint ventures.
• Coordinate cross-functional input from engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and deliverable.
• Mentor and guide junior presales/BD staff; help build repeatable presales playbooks, templates, and win-strategy processes.

• Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory - this role regularly involves drafting formal proposals, negotiating contracts, and presenting to international and multinational clients.
• 5+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, business development, or a related client-facing technical role, ideally within IT services, software outsourcing, or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record leading proposals/RFP responses for large, complex accounts (enterprise, government-linked, or regulated industries a strong plus).
• Working knowledge of software delivery, cloud platforms, data platforms, and/or AI solutions - enough to credibly scope and discuss technical solutions with engineering teams and clients.
• Strong commercial acumen: comfortable reading and reasoning about contract terms, pricing models, and SLA structures.
• Excellent written communication skills - able to produce polished, client-ready documents under tight deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with experience engaging senior client stakeholders.

• Up to 70,000,000₫ per month
