Manage factory planning and operation management for SharkNinja Contracted OEMs across the APAC region.
Optimize daily factory operations and solve problems to ensure delivery of complex, high-mix products.
Develop OEM operations capability and lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and Hoshin Kanri.
Direct OEM operations and serve as the primary contact for operational execution, escalation, and issue resolution.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders at partner organizations.
Oversee end-to-end factory performance including production ramping and output stabilization.
Define and manage operational KPIs such as CRD compliance, OEE, PPA, and Lead time.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to production, materials, and labor.
Conduct audits to identify gaps in NPD and ensure rectification.
Lead operational responses for critical escalations and conduct workshops for training and knowledge sharing.

Yêu cầu công việc

10+ years of experience in Production, Materials planning, Quality, and Operations.
Mandatory Supply Chain experience.
Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English.
Familiarity with Chinese supplier environments.
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or strong understanding of manufacturing methodologies (Lean, DFX).
Proven experience managing and coordinating OEM and internal functional teams.
Ability to work under ambiguity, high pressure, and with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.
