Trách nhiệm chính

Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from clients.
Create analysis documents such as BRD/URD, Use Cases, User Stories, and Business Process Flows.
Analyze business processes and propose optimized, system-based solutions.
Translate requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
Configure systems and manage initial data setup.
Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation.
Support and coordinate with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Participate in UAT, monitor project progress, identify risks, and report to the Project Manager.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Implementation, or IT Consulting.
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies.
Good command of English (writing and communication).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
