Expand and develop advertising screen locations across residential buildings, offices, supermarkets, and commercial centers.
Build strong partnerships and secure contracts to support business growth.
Approach and negotiate directly with building management, developers, malls, and supermarkets.
Maintain long-term partner relationships to ensure sustainable collaboration.
Manage and expand the existing media location network.
Coordinate with internal Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for project implementation.
Monitor project progress, resolve deployment issues, and report performance to management.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
Propose solutions to improve market expansion and service quality.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, construction, finance, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnership, or similar roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Good problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Proactive, persistent, and results-driven mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Good relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work in the field and meet partners regularly.
Professional attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
