Trách nhiệm chính

• Install, configure, manage, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair computer networks, workstations, and supporting hardware/software.
• Support server systems, user accounts, and computer/telephone rooms.
• Train users on proper use and security of all systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, LAN, WAN, and internet.
• Respond to program error messages and provide network communications support.
• Refer major problems to vendors or technicians.
• Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements.
• Consult with others to assess computing needs and system requirements.
• Inspect, test, and diagnose computer equipment and systems.
• Plan and coordinate IT equipment installations, moves, additions, changes, and enhancements.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures.
• Provide end‑user support for all applications.
• Plan and manage disk space for the entire network.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all technological devices.
• Enter commands and activate controls on computers and equipment.
• Ensure backup tapes are locked in a fireproof safe.
• Follow company policies, report incidents, maintain confidentiality, and support guests’ service needs.
• Communicate professionally, answer telephones, and serve as a role model for the Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Identify and implement new ways to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost‑savings.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving objects up to 50 pounds and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Use computers and POS systems to locate information.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested.

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.
