About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Build and execute business plans for the assigned territory.
- Execute call plans to deliver the right message to the right customer with the right frequency.
- Build a network of customers by visiting existing and new customers, categorize based on therapeutics area based on their needs and promote the products.
- Serve as a product expert/key contact to the customer, respond to their enquiries, and ensure that Servier products are available to more patients.
- Provide timely feedback to the marketing team on all marketing campaigns implemented.
- Give customer feedback and information on competitor activity to the marketing team so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Ensure high quality of required reports and maintain quality data in the key customer database.
- Effectively communicate with co-promotion colleagues and relevant members of other teams to understand, maximize and drive territory.
Yêu cầu
- Basic qualification: BS/BA Pharmacist or Doctor background.
- Minimum experience: 1-2 years of experience in similar positions at MNC.
- Open for fresher.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic and passionate with business.
- Teamwork, integrity and compliance.
