About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Execute call plans to deliver the right message to the right customer with the right frequency.
- Build a network of customers by visiting existing and new customers, categorizing based on therapeutics area and promoting the products.
- Serve as a product expert/key contact to the customer, responding to their enquiries and ensuring Servier products are available to more patients.
- Provide timely feedback to the marketing team on all marketing campaigns implemented.
- Give customer feedback and information on competitor activity to the marketing team so they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Ensure high quality of required reports and maintain quality data in the key customer database.
- Effectively communicate with co-promotion colleagues and relevant members of other teams to understand, maximize and drive territory.
Yêu cầu
- BS/BA Pharmacist or Doctor background.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar positions at an MNC (open for fresher).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic and passionate about business.
- Teamwork, integrity and compliance.
