About This Job

- Manage territory by developing and maintaining a detailed customer database of hospitals, health centers, and healthcare professionals.
- Plan and organize weekly, monthly, and daily work plans, including resource allocation and direct‑to‑consumer marketing activities.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, ensuring effective execution of sales and marketing programs.
- Maintain close relationships with key accounts, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and report market intelligence to the supervisor and marketing team.
- Update product knowledge and health‑care scientific backgrounds, manage company and department reports, and ensure compliance with company business code of conduct and local laws.
Yêu cầu
- At least 1 – 3 years of experience in the same position.
- Working experience in the healthcare/wellness industry.
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer focus.
- Time management.
- Persuasiveness / sales‑oriented ability.
- Continuous improvement behavior.
- University degree in Medical or Pharmacy qualification.
