Utilize knowledge of product design, materials, and manufacturing processes to develop, validate, and improve Cobra golf head components.
Report to the Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support development and quality assurance at T1, T2, and T3 manufacturing facilities in Vietnam.
Manage products from initial tooling and sampling through mass production to end-of-life.
Serve as the technical focal point in Vietnam to develop robust, sustainable manufacturing processes.
Facilitate testing procedures and use data-driven insights to validate product and process acceptability.
Support mass production readiness, including process validation, PFMEA, PCP creation, and pilot run oversight.
Resolve complex technical problems using statistical methods to determine root causes.
Monitor supplier quality, conduct process audits, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase yield and efficiency.
Assist supply chain teams with cost analysis and price negotiations.
Identify and qualify new suppliers and contribute to the internal engineering knowledge base.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent manufacturing experience.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Process Development Engineering or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of golf-related manufacturing processes such as casting, forging, composites, welding, and metallurgy.
Familiarity with Asia-based manufacturing technologies and suppliers.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and general data analysis.
Fluent in Vietnamese and strong command of written and spoken English.
Ability to travel locally and within Asia for supplier site visits.
