Develop, validate, implement, and improve manufacturing methods for Cobra golf heads and components throughout the product lifecycle.
Report to the Sr. ME and support quality assurance and development at T1, T2, and T3 manufacturing facilities in Vietnam.
Serve as the technical focal point in Vietnam to support innovative and sustainable process development for new designs.
Facilitate testing and evaluation procedures for products and processes using data-driven validation.
Oversee mass production readiness, including FA/SA samples, PFMEA, PCP creation, pilot runs, and process audits.
Resolve complex technical problems by using statistical methods to determine root causes.
Monitor and improve supplier quality performance and investigate ways to improve yields and efficiency.
Assist the supply chain team in price negotiations by collecting relevant production data.
Identify and qualify new suppliers and contribute to the internal engineering knowledge base to improve design for manufacturability.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent manufacturing experience.
3+ years of experience in Process Development Engineering or Quality Assurance within manufacturing.
Working knowledge of golf-related manufacturing processes such as casting, forging, composites, welding, and metallurgy.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and general data analysis.
Fluent in Vietnamese with strong written and spoken English.
Ability to travel locally and within Asia for supplier visits.
