Develop and sustain manufacturing capability by defining product specifications, assembly methods, and robust production processes.
Collaborate with the Product Engineering team in Thailand to ensure manufacturability through DFM/DFA principles.
Convert product specifications into detailed manufacturing processes, including PFMEA and control plans.
Optimize manufacturing processes through lean initiatives to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
Maintain quality standards, monitor process capability (Cp/Cpk), and implement SPC.
Act as the primary technical liaison for OEM suppliers regarding tooling and validation.
Manage engineering changes (ECR/ECN) and maintain PLM documentation.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of product and process engineers.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Jewelry Design, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Jewelry Product Development, Jewelry Manufacturing, or Project Management.
At least 3 years of experience in a management role.
Strong knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes and product development.
Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and systematic thinking skills.
Innovative and adaptive mindset.
